Shipping Policy

Orders shipped out twice a week, but can take up to 5-7 days to process before shipping out. Tracking number and insurance included, extra for signature upon delivery (please contact first if you would like this option for either domestic or international orders). Please note: hiccups and delays with international orders are routine and not the responsibility of His Coy Mistress. 

DOMESTIC

All domestic packages shipped through USPS First Class or Priority mail, Fedex or UPS, depending on the item/size/weight/purchaser’s desired turnaround time.

INTERNATIONAL

All international packages are shipped through USPS, Fedex, or UPS, depending on the item/size/weight and fluctuating international shipping costs. USPS tracking does not continue beyond USPS delivery point in destination country, where packages are turned over to a domestic courier/agency. His Coy Mistress not responsible for: VAT, taxes, custom fees or duties. Customers responsible for these additional costs. You must include your phone number at checkout. 

European Union customers: In order to remain in compliance with the new GPSR regulations, the only items His Coy Mistress can ship to you are antiques (over 100 years old) and art works. If you place an order for an item outside of these parameters, His Coy Mistress will have to cancel your order. Please contact us with any questions. 

His Coy Mistress is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the courier/shipping agency. Re-shipping for packages returned to us by the courier/shipping agency is the customer’s responsibility.
